Ingredients

  1. 6 ounces vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
  2. 8 almonds
  3. 1/4 cup broccoli florets, stems cut off
  4. 1 cup frozen strawberries
  5. 1/4 cup cannellini or garbanzo beans
  6. 3/4 cup iced green tea
  7. 1 teaspoon flaxmeal
  8. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top. Enjoy immediately.
